We think so. For $690 NZD, GST inclusive, you get a proper custom build, not a template, a logo if you need one, SEO built in from day one, and no limit on pages. A lot of agencies at this price just drop your logo on a single template page. This one is actually yours. 50% to start, 50% when it goes live.
Honestly, that part is mostly up to you. Once we have your images, service details, your story, and a domain, we get moving and build versions for you to look over. You pick the one you love, we launch it.
Hosting, analytics, and the small stuff, a new menu item, a copy tweak, that kind of thing. Hosting by itself often costs $20 to $50 a month elsewhere before you have added anything else. This covers all three.
You keep ownership of it, always. You supply the domain, we recommend GoDaddy since that is what we use day to day. If you are on GoDaddy, we just need domain only delegation to get you live. On something else, no problem, just let us know and we will sort it.
Payments kick in the day after launch. If one is missed, we will always email you first, life happens. You get a 7 day grace period from there before hosting pauses.
Not at all. You can leave whenever you like and take the GitHub repo with you to host anywhere you choose. The $69 a month is there if you want the support, never a condition of working with us.
Systems
It starts with a free chat, no pressure, just about what you actually want to happen. Maybe that is knowing exactly where every lead sits, getting pinged the second a new one comes in, or making sure nobody waits too long for a reply. Cost comes down to complexity, so there is no fixed number we can give upfront, but you will always know the scope in writing before anything begins. 50% to start, 50% on launch.
Then no harm done, no cost either way. We shake hands and go our separate ways.
Overall
Your deposit covers the design work and all the back and forth to get it right, so once building starts, it is not refundable. If you change your mind before that point, you get it back in full, no questions asked.
